Chapter 9 Preview - Persuasive Proof of the JFK Assassination Cover-Up

The best way to prove a JFK assassination cover-up is to consider the key evidence that the Warren Commission decided not to include.

Even more disturbing is the discovery that the Commission didn’t simply miss these pieces of vital evidence.

This artist drawing shows a neat bullet entry wound at the top of the ruler, indicating a shot from behind. But real photos show a massive exit wound at the right-rear area of the skull, suggesting a shot from in front of JFK.

They chose to ignore all of it!

Why would the Commission do that?

Because this assortment of evidence does not support its main conclusion that Lee Harvey Oswald fired all three shots from above and behind President Kennedy.

To the contrary, this collective evidence establishes more than one gunman and therefore a conspiracy to murder JFK.

Another alarming element emerges that proves another conspiracy to cover it all up.

It’s not just eyewitnesses and ear witnesses of a possible second shooter that the Commission decided to ignore. After all, witnesses are often proven to be unreliable in a court of law.

THE 75-YEAR CONCEALMENT

As Chapter 10 in Through the ‘Oswald’ Window illustrates, this Commission found it necessary to disregard, misrepresent and even alter much of the physical evidence it encountered. This includes:

  • Photographic Evidence – This involves the doctoring, editing and misrepresentation of photos of the assassination and photos taken at the time of autopsy.
  • Ballistics Tests – Either key ballistic tests were not done, such as linking fragments recovered to the ‘Magic’ bullet to prove the ‘Single Bullet Theory,’ or tests conducted by the FBI were completely disregarded when the results did not support the lone gunman scenario.
  • Medical Findings – The most shocking example of all is how the Commission handled the medical evidence. This included re-locating two wounds on President Kennedy and completely altering the official autopsy report.

So, why would the Commission decide it could alter the evidence and hide the truth from the American public? Two diabolical reasons emerge:

  1. Oswald, the accused assassin, was murdered by Jack Ruby two days after the assassination. With no trial and defense attorneys to question the evidence, the Commission could present the evidence in its final report as it wished.
  2. President Johnson imposed a 75-year-ban on thousands of documents related to the event, including much of the physical evidence, with the intent to keep the truth hidden until 2038.

However, the Freedom of Information Act of 1967 began to unravel this plan, leading to the surprising disclosures found in Chapter 10 of Through The ‘Oswald’ Window.

When we find the ‘why’ behind the JFK assassination cover-up, it may disturb us even more than the murder of President John F. Kennedy.
