Good Night America and Good Night Assassination Fairy Tale
Shock overwhelmed America on the evening that the Zapruder film was shown on national TV for the first time in 1975.
On Good Night America, host Geraldo Rivera aired the famous film and changed the course of history.
From the moment that Dan Rather reported the violent ‘forward’ movement of the President’s head on the night of the assassination, the Warren Report agreed and concluded that Lee Harvey Oswald fired all the shots from above and behind the limousine.
This was accepted as historical fact until the American public viewed the Zapruder film for the first time on Good Night America.
Since then, up to 75% of Americans no longer believe that JFK was killed by one gunman in Dallas on November 22, 1963.
Here is the ABC TV episode that stunned America.
